I noticed the new weights have a tab on them to stop them from rotating out of position as the weights they are replacing were doing. But there is a problem. All 8 weights had the tab on the same side of the weight. The tab needs to be on the opposite side on half (4) of the weights because the way the basket or hub that the weights sit in is designed by Suzuki. Now I have 4 of the weights can still have the possibility of rotating out of the correct position. You need to correct this problem. I love your product but can you fix this problem. Regards. Frank George
Rollers vs Sliders on 2011 Burgman 400: I installed a new factory belt and variator, but left in 18g rollers. When my Dr. Pulley 21g sliders arrived, I installed them. I mounted my custom Studebaker SpeedHut GPS speedometer that does 0-60 and 1/4 mile. I did several runs in each configuration, averaged them, and these are the results. 0-60: Rollers 9.1 seconds and 489 feet. Sliders 9.35 and 571 1/4 mile: ROLLERS 16.85 @ 75.3. Sliders 17.16 @ 72.5 There is a steep hill near my home and so I did 0-60 going up it. Rollers 12.6 and 775′. Sliders 14.46 and 911′. So the Dr.Pulleys are definitely slower, BUT I love them. They make the highway RPM way better. With the rollers, 5,000 rpm was 52mph, 6,000 was 62mph, and 7,000 rpm was 74mph. With the Sliders, 5,000 is 54mph, 6,000 is 75mph, and 7,000m is too fast! So much more relaxed on the highway!
