Dr Pulley has a standardised approach to customs duty where it asks for an estimated amount and states it will refund the buyer the difference if the final amount is less once delivery is complete. Far enough I guess when selling internationally and dealing with different import rules. I had some queries on this and the customer service were accomodating and great to deal with. Once sorted my order arrived very quickly. Thanks
