Thank you for shopping at DrPulley.Co. In order to provide you a joyful shopping experience, we strongly suggest you read our shipping policy before placing your order. At any time you have any question, please contact us and we will strive to serve you better.

Order Processing Time

Once an order is successfully taken by the system, we will arrange in the order that it was received. To maximize our customer satisfaction, our standard is to ship within 3 to 7 working days (excluding holidays or weekends). However, during some holiday seasons or when we experience high volume of orders, it may take up to 10 days to complete the order, unless otherwise announced. Once an order is shipped, a notice email showing “Your Dr.Pulley order#65005 has been shipped.” from Dr.Pulley will be sent automatically from the system.

During Christmas, New Year, or special holidays, we will announce the holiday working hours on our blog.

Delivery Time

Delivery time means the days needed from our factory (once the courier took the parcel) to your door.

In order to send the goods to you earlier, most of the time we choose Express delivery (or International Priority, depending on different courier company) for all orders. The delivery time can vary from 2 to 10 days or longer, depending on the courier companies, the destinations and the speed of customs clearance.

Due to COVID-19, delivery to certain countries can be seriously delayed.

Delivery Options

According to different destinations, we use courier services including DHL, FedEx, EMS and UPS.

Physical Address Only

No P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO address.

Since most couriers do not deliver goods to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO address, please provide a street address or a residential address for your order.

Import Tariffs, Taxes, and Additional Costs

When you place an order, the total amount shown at check-out page includes “only” the cost of product(s) and shipping. Please be noted that you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. You also must comply with all LAWS and REGULATIONS of the country in which you are receiving the goods. will not be responsible for any loss of delivery in the destination Customs. Additional charges of tax and import duties can be calculated according to the product price and shipping fee written on the invoice. As the way additional charges are calculated differ among different countries, please ask your Customs office of the shipping destination for details.

What if “Out of Stock”?

If any item in your order is temporarily out of stock, or needs unexpected longer lead time to complete, our customer representative will contact you by email and refund your payment accordingly.

How do I change my order

Before shipping

Please contact us through Contact Form right away, and we will help you to cancel the old order and place the new, correct one. While it is free of charge if you send the request of change within 6 hours after your order is placed, it might incur some costs after that grace period. We do encourage you double check your shopping cart before placing the order.

What if “Wrong Address”?

Your order will be sent to the “Shipping Address” you provided when checking out. It is important to make sure that your (1) full name, (2) address and (3) phone number are correctly entered.

In case that, due to missing or wrongly input shipping information on the checkout form, your parcel is unable to deliver or returned to us by the courier, you will still have to be responsible for the shipping and related handling cost (including but not limited to tax, if any).

If the parcel is unable to deliver due to address problem, according to different couriers, we may have 3~5 days to solve this problem before the good is destroyed in the Customs or sent back to us by the courier (with additional charge.)  If this problem happens, our customer representative will try to reach you to solve the problem before the deadline; however, if we are not able to reach you in time, this loss will be born on you.

Before Ship Out

Note: You may contact us as soon as you need to change the address, and we will not charge you any fee if the goods is not shipped yet.

After Ship Out

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email titled “Your Dr.Pulley order#65050 has been shipped.” It contains the information of courier service provider and tracking number for your order.

However, once the goods is taken by the courier, it will cost USD18.00 to change the address.

What if “unable to ship internationally?”

In case, according to the restrictions of the courier companies or the regulations in the destination country, any item in your order is not allowed to ship internationally, we will cancel part of or the whole order without advance notice.

Shipping Insurance

We may not add shipping insurance to all orders. If you think you will need specific shipping insurance on your order, please contact us.

Correct Spelling in English Alphabet- for Name and Address

You must use correct spelling in English alphabet when entering your name and address, as it is essential for the courier company to process the shipment. In case the shipping information is not entered in English alphabet, we will try our best to translate and proceed your order. Please understand that, in order to arrange all orders in a timely manner, we will not confirm the translation with you before shipping.

Translation examples:

  1. 太谷翔平 might be translated to Shohei Otani
  2. 吳宗伯 might be translated to ZongBo Wu
  3. あむろなみえ might be translated to Amuro Namie.

In the event that, due to the cognitive difference toward the translation and therefore cause unclaimed package or any problem of receiving the shipment, we will consider it a “wrong address” case and follow the policy accordingly.

Signature Required

We suggest you choose “Signature Required” in shipping option (if applicable), or ask the courier to deliver when you are at home.

Instructing the courier to leave the package at your door front or driveway can lead to missing package or property loss.

DrPulley.Co will not be responsible for the missing package if you refuse to sign for the parcel.
