How to solve the loosen belt

When the V-belt isn’t driven

You’ll see the clutch bell is unable to be driven by the V-belt  when the throttle is actuated, the reason is the V-belt is not in the right position after the installation.

Push V-belt

Showing the loosen V-belt is pushed manually to the right position. (making the V-belt clamped correctly by the variator and fan)

Notice: Don’t use bare your own hands

Slightly push belt up, Don’t use bare hand to touch it!!, it is dangerous.

V-belt have been driven

Then the clutch bell can be driven simultaneously when the throttle is actuated each time.
