Assemble
There are a bit of gists for assemble:
- Simple way is the Curve against the curve,
- Further pushing with your thumb finger, or as one example, pressing the Ramp Plate with the hard flat something like iron block, and then could slightly sway it under pressing.
Check

if you have our Dr.Pulley’s products from Sliding Roller Weight, be watch out when checking process, when you check it by moving the Ramp Plate as up and down, the Sliding Roller Weight easy flip out or not back to initial position of lowest point, therefore, making sure correct the setting, and tightly cramp the Ramp Plate and the Variator in order to avoid the Sliding Roller Weight wrong position at the moment until fix to on the Engine drive axis.
