Test Condition

The high performance engineering plastic test samples from aftermarket & UM slide against Steel and Aluminum separately, remaining all condition are same.

Constant condition

  • Normal load: 40 kg.
  • Testing Temp: 150℃.
  • Environmental Temp. : 25 ℃.
  • Humidity: 70%.
  • Testing time: 100,000 stroke.

Variable Condition

  • Block Item:

    • Steel plate S30C.
