How to track my package

Only After Shipped, you will get an email for tracking

Once your order is shipped, an automatic generated email will be sent to you. That notice email shows that we have handed your order to the courier service and your package is on the way to you.

We always use the email you filled up when placing the order, so it is very important that you provided a correct and applicable email address.

FAQ - How to track my package - tracking information

The information shown on the tracking page will be updated regularly according to the settings of each courier service provider. You might also be able to request the status updates with your email.

As the delivery route is dynamic depending on each flight and each provider, the delivery time can be different from expectation.

If you want to get the most updated status of your parcel, the fastest way is tracking on the provider’s webpage (though the link we provide in email) or calling your local provider office with the tracking number.
