Torque Spring S201201-4562-RD, Yamaha Cygnus 125

Dr.Pulley provides professional torque springs for CVT scooters(bikes), which are mainly responsible for controlling the transmission during the speed change process. The both ends side of the springs are ground to a flat that to makesure its motion steadily, improve the performance and riding experience of the vehicle through the length and strength of the springs.

The function is similar to that of Weight Rollers.
Choose spring Softer for low speed starting, and fuel saving.
Choose spring Stiffness for acceleration, cargo requirements.

The unique heat treatment technology can make the spring have finer grains, higher strength and at the same time maintain relative toughness. It has good heat resistance and can remain stable in high temperature environments, thus ensuring product quality.
