How do I change my order?

All customers want to receive their products right away; therefore, once we received an order, we accelerate the packing and shipping process in a rapid pace (usually within 24 hours) in our factory. Thus, if you change your mind and want to purchase another product, placing a new order (and cancel the old one) ensures the fastest priority in the order processing.
As for the cancellation of the old order, there are two circumstances: Before Shipping and After Shipping.

Before shipping
For all the changes below,
- Change product models or quantities in the current order,
- Combine 2 or more orders,
- Change payment method,
- Change recipient information (Name, Phone number, or Address),
Please contact us through Contact Form right away, and we will help you to cancel the old order and place the new, correct one. While it is free of charge if you send the request of change within 6 hours after your order is placed, it might incur some costs after that grace period. We do encourage you double check your shopping cart before placing the order.
After shipping
If you already got the 2nd email, that means your order is on the way to you and we have no way to take it back. Therefore, you will have to go through the Return Process and then receive the rest amount of money for the order. (Since there is NO free return for international shipment, you will have to pay for the shipping cost.) For details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Once the order is shipped, it is very complicated and time-consuming to cancel or change the order. Therefore, please double check your shopping cart before placing order.
In addition, please understand that according to different payment methods (Ex. Credit/Debit card or PayPal), there can be some handling fee charged by the service provider when we proceed the refund.
