How do I know my order has been submitted successfully?
Once your order has been submitted successfully, you will see “Order Complete” on the webpage. You will also receive an order confirmation email with Subject “Your Dr.Pulley order#65050 is confirmed!” in the email account you provided when placing order. If you do not receive the confirmation email in the Inbox, please check the spam box.
There can be various reasons why you do not receive the confirmation email, including:
- Wrong email address
- The email has been blocked (It happens for certain email service providers)
- Lost in the spam mailbox
- DrPulley.Co website malfunctions
If you see “Order Complete” on the order page, but do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us through Contact Form right away, and we will help you figure it out.
