  Start videotaping once you are ready to open the parcel, and do not stop until you check all the content. This is the best evidence when you ask for replacement in case you find something wrong in your package.

  If you did not videotape, please take pictures. While pictures cannot prove as much as a video can do, it is the least we require when dealing with quality issues. Then, please fill out the Contact Form and our service team will help you to proceed your request.

  Please note that you must report this “product missing” problem within 5 days after delivered. For your own benefit, please keep the videos and pictures until the case closed.
